Baking Since the Early Morning Hours

Rudy's Bistro Café started as a simple belief: the best food comes from the best ingredients, a steady hand, and enough time to do it right.

For over 15 years, we've been waking up before dawn in Newberg to knead, proof, and bake — so that when you walk through our door, the smell of fresh sourdough and buttery croissants is already waiting for you.

Everything on our menu is made in-house, from our leavened breads to our seasonal fruit tarts. We partner with local farms for our dairy, eggs, and produce because supporting our neighbors just tastes better.
